IPS 2024 Psychiatry Career Fair: Employer Booth Information/

Parking Garage available on the property for $5.75.
Target Attendees: Psychiatry Residents and Early Career Psychiatrists looking to join the mental health care workforce. However, all IPS members, no matter where they are in their career are also encouraged to join if interested in making a change. Previous IPS career fairs have had upwards of 80 attendees/job applicants walk through the exhibit area.
Employer Booth Fees:
Register by August 2. Booth space is limited so please register early!
Early Bird Rates: Register your employer booth on or before June 15th:
General Booth Registration - $1,200.00
Small Private Practice - $650.00
(no more than 3 practitioners currently under the practice umbrella)
Regular Rates: Register your employer booth from June 16-August 2.
General Booth Registration - $1,500.00
Small Private Practice - $950.00
(no more than 3 practitioners currently under the practice umbrella)
Employer Details and Perks:
Employer Booth Set-Up Begins at 12 pm.
Booth set-up includes:
6’ table
2 chairs
Half page ad in the program book. (JPEG format and be 5” x 3 7/8”)
Drinks and appetizers will be provided.
Linked logo on our website and in email marketing leading up to the event. (The sooner you register, the more emails you will be featured in.)
